We are looking for new employees in one of our Business Areas Arribatec Business Services. This is a Business Area which specializes in the implementation of business-critical solutions for companies worldwide. We simplify the path to success for our customers by implementing, integrating, supporting, and maintaining the entire digital business landscape with an ERP system as the core engine. We integrate the ERP system with our self-developed solutions and other market-leading systems, such as Power BI and Hypergene, to give the customer full control, efficiency and insight into their own business.

About the Role:

As a Unit4 ERP Senior Consultant you will work with our customers through all stages of solution implementation, assisting in system design workshops, providing application consultancy and training, and advice and guidance on business processes; assisting our customers to achieve the best solution to meet their requirements.

The position requires a good level of business knowledge, as well as in depth knowledge of a broad range of Unit4 ERP software modules and associated products.

Main Responsibilities for the Role:

• Implement Unit4 ERP solutions
• Assist in customer workshops in relation to system design
• Analyse requirements and proposed business processes
• Provide advice and guidance on the best use of Unit4 ERP functionality
• Make recommendations relating to business process re-engineering needed to accommodate the successful implementation of the Unit4 ERP solution
• Participate in and be responsible for the QA of configured test systems to ensure that the solution has been implemented as specified
• Take ownership for identification and resolution of issues in conjunction with the Project Manager
• Identify scope changes and highlight impact. Use appropriate change control processes and collateral
• Train customers in Unit4 ERP solutions
• Responsible for maintaining knowledge of new functionality with the Unit4 ERP product.
• Be responsible for the customer relationship whilst working on projects
• Be pro-active in identifying other customer needs and requirements, in addition to those of the current project.

Preferred qualifications:

• At least 2 years direct experience of the Unit4 ERP software
• Experience of the implementation of a number of Unit4 ERP Modules, including a good understanding of the following modules: Financials, Logistics, Project Costing and Billing and HR
• Hold a recognized accounting or business qualification (desirable)
• Good working knowledge of SQL (desirable), MS Excel, MS Word
• Familiarity with process analysis and mapping
• Understanding of Project Management processes
• Strong verbal and written skills in both English and French
