We are looking for new employees in one of our Business Areas Arribatec Cloud. This Business Area specialises in cloud operations and security services for medium-sized and large enterprises throughout Norway, Nordics, and internationally. We help companies utilise and operate complete cloud platforms, with innovative expertise in data security and continuous optimisation of cloud environments.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Cloud Architect to join our team as a Manager for our Cloud team in Granada. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of cloud architects and engineers in the design, development, and deployment of cloud-based solutions. You will also play a key role in running the organisation's adoption and implementation of best practices for cloud computing. You will be working closely with Arribatec Cloud in Norway and other business areas in Arribatec.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of cloud architects and engineers in the design, operation, and development of cloud-based solutions.
• Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements and design solutions that meet those needs.
• Drive the adoption and implementation of best practices for cloud computing within the organization.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT leadership, business leaders, and vendors.
• Ensure that all cloud-based solutions are secure, scalable, and highly available.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in the development of their technical skills.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cloud computing and incorporate them into the organization's strategy.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with cloud technologies
• Experience with automation and monitoring, optimisation of operational environments, as well as management and development of modern application environments, systems, and service platforms.
• Experience with DevOps culture, methodology, and implementation.
• Experience with virtualization and container technology
• Experience with best practices for cloud services, through implementing and using CI/CD solutions.
• Experience with cloud service providers such as Azure and a strong desire to further develop yourself in cloud technology. Certifications will be a plus.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in English
