We are looking for new employees in one of our Business Areas Arribatec Business Services. This is a Business Area specialising in implementing business-critical solutions for companies worldwide. We simplify the path to success for our customers by implementing, integrating, supporting, and maintaining the entire digital business landscape with an ERP system as the core engine. We integrate the ERP system with our self-developed solutions and other market-leading systems, such as Power BI and Hypergene, to give the customer full control, efficiency and insight into their own business.

About the role

As a Development manager in Arribatec, you will be responsible for our development team. You will ensure the team operates effectively and profitably, and delivers in line with our quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of software developers
• Ensure that your development team delivers functionality/software that creates value for our clients, in line with our quality standards, contractual commitments, and the stated goals and needs of our clients
• Manage projects from a lead/opportunity to go live 
• Provide technical know-how and expertise regarding software architecture, integrations, and software development methodologies
• Build strong relationships with clients that are both positive and credible
• Provide status reports to Arribatec management and our clients

Preferred Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree
• 5+ years of experience in developing software, preferably cloud-native
• Experience with managing development teams
• A good understanding of the software engineering process, its roles and responsibilities
• Strong IT and Software Development background
• Experience with Solution Architecture
• Solid experience with development tools or methodologies

  • C#
• Deep knowledge of Unit4 ERP7 Architecture 
• Preferably knowledge about Unit4 ERPx
• Knowledge of integration architecture
