Reliable and innovative systems trainer and material developer with over 15 years experience in Unit4ERP (formerly Agresso). I am a jack of all trades with good knowledge of ERP systems, MS products, process automation, graphic design, and video editing/compositing software.

I pick up new IT systems very quickly and am able to communicate complex functions and processes simply and clearly to the learner. I always try and have the end user in mind when developing courses and material.

I have been involved in large and small projects for government agencies, corporations and charities across 3 continents from Swindon to Sudan. I have trained all kinds of people (MP's, Teachers, Civil Servants and Business people) in all kinds of environments.
